This place may be just a tad pricier but it is definitely well worth it! At least the times we have been there. Order us always exact, the service is spot on, and the food is phenomenal! However, we have only tried two things off of the menu. Like I said though, absolutely delicious. Large portions, all condiments and necessary items have been there. From what we can see in picking up our food it is clean. We didn't have much of a wait and it was ready when we got there and nice and hot.

The young man at the front was very sweet How ever when I got my food the sandwich smell like burnt hair and I am not sure if it was from the grill or not but I did try to go up discreetly and not make a big deal and kindly ask them to take it back. A little blonde lady who appeared to be the owner or manager treated me like a liar and shouted and made a big fuss. She was extremely rude and unprofessional! You would think in the middle of this challenge in keeping restaurants open she would have had some manners.

The food is pretty good but I wouldn't call it amazing. I'm Italian, come from an Italian family and can cook some pretty good Italian food myself. With that being said, I think Olive Garden and Johnny Carinos are better, so that can give you an idea. The pasta was mush because it was boiled way too long and had a weird flavor as if it was cooked with water from the faucet that had rusty pipes. The eggplant parmesan was pretty good. The minestrone soup was delicious! I have had their pizza before and that is very good. The other thing, sometimes their food is just a little too salty instead of having Italian seasonings. I think if they could improve on the pasta by cooking it al dente and using filtered water, and improve on the saltiness, then we could have a great Italian place here.

The other day I ordered Giuseppe’s through Door Dash (my second time ever ordering/eating from there) and realized that they do not seal the food as the other restaurants do since Covid. I called in to speak with a manager simply to suggest placing a sticker over the pizza box to seal it (again, as other restaurants do). The response that I received from the “manager” Shawn was mind blowing & disturbing to say the least. His responses were “uhmmm I guess.” “If it’s that big of a deal to you, don’t order through Door Dash.” I am in disbelief. I will NEVER order from there again. Unbelievable.
