Just what you can expect. Not so large but ok. I liked the warmed up Chorizo sandwich.

They were training new people so it was very slow. Two of our three drinks were done completely wrong and when told they didn't seem to care and we didn't have time for them to redo the order since it took so long. Felt they should have done something for two drinks we won't drink.

Went here two days in a row for the same order. On the 2nd day, being a Monday, didn't expect it to be busy....however there was a large crowd continually rolling in as there was an FBLA meeting in town. There was one person working and she handled the unexpected volume like a champ! She took orders, payments and fulfilled the orders correctly with a smile on her face. Kudos to this gal for maintaining a professional composure in difficult circumstances!

A typical Starbucks with the expected drinks and food items for purchase. The staff here are friendly and helpful.

Pleasant people but the more than $2 surcharge on normal Starbucks prices at the Vail location was a nasty jar. $7.30 for a venti mocha -- and you can't pay with a reward. Starbucks should insist on a warning sign on this location (which I was told was not run by the corporation).

I would normally give Starbucks a 4 or 5 star rating, but not this one. Of course it's expensive. It's in Vail. The problem arises when you try to use your rewards or other perks of having a Starbucks card. You can earn stars here, but you can't use rewards or perks, not even for free refills. Apparently, it's a Vail Resorts owned store. That would be fine, but there is no indication that you can't use rewards here, not until you ask. They're clear about not accepting credit cards, but nothing about not accepting rewards.

Tall flat white with almond milk was over $7! Normally it’s just over $4 (which is ridiculous for a small coffee beverage) but it’s my splurge a time or two a month usually. I’ll stick to black coffee for the rest of the trip.

server was prompt, service was great. Neat place to chill outside. Ordered 6 different drinks all were correct when we recieved them
