Taco Bell

I have friends that are envious because I live by an awesome Taco Bell! If we're being honest, there's definitely a difference with some locations, and this location is always on point. The staff here always makes specific orders the right way, and with courteousness. The employees here are pleasant and prepare the food appropriately. (As opposed to some locations that have barely care...barely put any meat on your food..ect). I'm blessed to have this great Taco Bell real close to my house. At this location and they should be praised, because they do a great job. Not all Taco Bell locations are created equal! I hope this message reaches the employees there because they deserve some recognition, Taco Bell! ❤️

Very friendly staff, however they are always out of so many items. and my order is never correct. I will not be returning to this location again. I ordered 65$ worth of food this last time. All items where suppose to have beef. And they where all steak. and go figure they are closed now. So i cant call or go back to have them correct my order. I shouldnt have to go through 29 tacos and a crunch wrap supreame to make sure they are all beef. I dont understand how i mix steak up for beef when thry where rang up as beef 😒

The food was the worst I've ever had a Taco Bell!! There was barely any filling in any thing I had. All I tasted was shell. My Steak Chalupa Supreme all I could taste was shell, my chips were all broken up. and my beefy crunch tacos Supreme and nacho cheese DLT barely any filling in it. I payed 2.50 for beef crunchy tac sup had no sour cream, lettuce, and tomato. I spent 14$ just to feed to my dogs so nasty

The orders are always wrong. I do not have a chance to check my order in the lane bwfore the others behind me start to honk their horns telling me to go. Even when I place the order through UberEats or other delivery services, the order is always wrong. Taco Bell - double check your orders before they go out.

I haven't eaten since yesterday morning. I walked over a mile to this "restaurant" to eat. I walk in and wait there at the counter for a good five minutes before the guy working points at me. A minute later the girl working walks over to me and says "our lobby is closed" as I am standing in the lobby at the counter. I said "I haven't eaten in a day. Can I order and you bring it out to me?" As she shakes her head no and says no. I walk out the unlocked door to the lobby with no sign they are only for the elite drive-thru ages sixteen to however old they can still drive and have a car. You were my favorite, @tacobell. Taco bell hates the homeless. #discrimination.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for years. I moved back into Toledo about a year ago and I’d say I’d go there once a week or so, every time I go whether it’s a mobile order/drive through order/ or in restaurant they some how manage to get the order wrong. Missing items and still getting charged - paying for higher priced items like steak and getting regular beef. I would call to let them know there was an error and I would like to either come back for a refund or the correct item and the phone would ring for about ten minutes then click! They’d hang up. Whenever i would go in person they would be rude and I would not be surprised if they dropped my food or something. This Taco Bell is better off being boarded up or clean house on staff. Buyer beware.
