Mcdonald's

I has quite a busy day and needed to stop by to get breakfast. This is the McDonald's close to me. It didn't take long to get through the drive thru, and I received my order quickly which I liked. Only 2 things I didn't like. Though my hash brown was hot, it wasn't soggy but it wasn't crunchy either. I'm the crunchy type. What 😲 shocked me the most was the price. I understand and there needs to be recouping for the increased prices. I got one meal but didn't anticipate paying a 2 1/2-meal price.

We arrived at 1:30 pm with a mobile curbside order. By 1:50 we still had not received our order. Mind you we had been asked about 3 times if an order was ours that wasn't. When the girl that brings out the orders came out we asked what was going on. She said we needed to come inside. When I went inside I asked about the order and she acted like I was invisible and would not respond. So, I asked for a manager. The manager was polite when he came to talk to me. At around 2pm we finally got our order. When order was checked we were missing 1 item and went back in to get it. The manager was fast to fix the issue. Now let's get to the food. The fish sandwich tasted horrible and seemed to be sitting for some time. The quarter pounder patties were dry and also tasted as if they were sitting for some time. Our fries were hot-ish. Overall experience horrible. The employee staffing horrible. I'm guessing the management is so good to customers because they are so use to complaints. I give him a 4 star.

I ordered a Big Mac meal large with a mica frappe and a six piece chicken mc nugget. I sit and wait a half hour had to end up going in and had to tell them again what I had I received a caramel frappe big Mac six piece chicken nugget and a caramel frappe. This makes me very upset I paid $15.12 had to wait a half hour had to go in and they still screw up my order and instead of a large fry I got a small fry this is my normal go to McDonald’s but I guess I’ll be changing that. After reading the reviews on this McDonald’s I think they need to fire everyone and start with fresh people. The managers Obviously do not have their crew in check. I worked at McDonald’s for five years why I was in school never ever were we allowed to let people sit and wait for their food as long as they did and then it screws or order up yet again if that was done when I was working we would’ve been fired. Point blank

This location has to be the legit worse serviced, managed Mf Donald’s in the city of Toledo and surrounding area. The lack of customer service is beyond Desirable. Now with all that being said let me explain to you my reasoning I ordered a fish fillet meal keep in mind at this particular time there wasn’t anyone in front of me and only two cars behind me in the line. I was told to pull up and my meal will be brought to me. I sat there waiting for 35 minutes before I turn my truck off and went inside the building while inside the lady who was to bring the food to me looked me in my eye and didn’t say anything to me regarding my meal. She walked to the back and put her coat on and walked out the door. I still stood there waiting for an additional 10 mins. Eventually someone called up to the front and said who is that register here I assume the woman who put her coat on and left was on register. During this time there was additional customers coming into the door for the same problem that I had. All of this was unacceptable.

I went in the Drive thru. Had no trouble ordering. When I get up to the window to pay the woman asked if I had the cheeseburgers. I told her no a meal. Another women who standing there said to her it was a meal. I had ordered a #7 with a Lg Diet Coke. I pulled up to the last window the woman gave me my bag and said here's your sandwiches. Then she said another lady was getting my drink. The lady comes from behind the cashiers and gives me my drink. So I pull away I looked in my bag and there was two sandwiches and a fry. So I go to take a drink of my pop and it was Rootbeer. So I pulled back up and told the lady that the pop was Rootbeer not Dt.Coke. Then she proceeds to tell me the Dt. Coke is out. So I end up getting a bottle of water. So I pull away as I was driving I go to eat my second cheeseburger and it was a spicy chicken with ketchup, mustard and pickles. The fries were over cooked. I will never go there again. This place doesn't care what you order. They only give you what the can to fill your order.

Everything I ordered they were out of. This McDonald's is notorious for having not enough product. McDonald's really need to step up in this community. I live less than two blocks from McDonald's and they screw the order up quite a bit. And the manager really had a bad attitude when I complain about something that's in his control.
