Bob Evans

Ordered curbside no one would answer the phone so my husband went in to pick up the order the staff were standing around talking no one asked him what he needed after 10 minutes of standing there he spoke up and the girl acted irritated that she had to help him Got home and half of my order was missing which is the second time they have done this. The rolls were hard as rocks and had a weird piece of fuzz on them one looked like someone smashed it in their hand before putting it in the box the food we did get was cold the potatoes in the vegetable soup were hard like they hadn't even been boiled . Absolutely terrible service and food!!!!!!!!!! Really wish I wouldn't have left a tip.

Haven't been here in person for years, but remembered it to be a very good place. That "very good place" turned out to be an okay place. Our server, Penny, was very nice and attentive. We had some silverware that was very dirty and my coffee cup was all chipped up. My food was good, but hubby's food was burnt and really bland. Going into the bathroom was a shock. It was very filthy. One stall looked like someone wiped, what looked like, feces on the wall and had urine all over the seat. The back of the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a long time (build up of dust, hair, and dirt). The 2nd stall was the same, minus the feces and urine on the seat. Toilet paper was all over the floor in both stalls. The sink was dirty and the water is very cold when washing your hands. Unfortunately, we will not be returning here.

I ordered a turkey dinner for pickup yesterday. The cashier was very rude. There were four small pieces of turkey and the dressing was awful. I was informed that they had run out of cranberry sauce. One roll left a lot to be desired, it was burnt. I had requested extra gravy when I ordered, it was not in the bag. Never again! This location doesn't take pride in presentation and service. Always missing items from orders!

Had dinner tonight. Ordered the fried chicken breast dinner. It was HORRIBLE!! The chicken was dry and had been fried WAY too long! Tasted burnt! Very disappointed because Bob Evans used to have delicious broasted chicken..... juicy, tender. I'm assuming something happened post-covid to change the menu and preparation of the food. What a shame!! Probably won't be going back anytime soon!

Well I guess I should have read the reviews before going back here today. It's obvious that their current management these days could care less about customer service! I know, I know it's still covids fault two years later right!? SMH I went into this location today and ordered the same breakfast meal I order everytime I go to a Bob Evans for breakfast ..... the WHOLE HOG breakfast. When I asked for two French toast instead of one French toast and one pancake, I was told by the waitress I couldn't substitute, I replied I know it's a $1 more and I am fine with. She repeats NO WE CANT DO IT AT ALL. I am like but I get it that way basically weekly. Nope, then it changed to the computers won't let us. So I asked for a manager and was told the same. When I said so you can't meet the customers expectations and give customers service because a computer says so?? He didn't like that and realized how silly that sounds. So then it became the General Managers fault. He doesn't want substitutions!! I gave up, went down the street to another Bob Evans, where they have employees and ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT that cares and listens to their customers and enjoyed my usual breakfast!! Glad there are still great Bob Evans. Do yourself a favor after reading my comment as well as the other negative ones and just skip this location. Once there business suffers ..... MAYBE they will care again!
