First time ever eating from here and became violently ill shortly after eating. The food was dry and sharp without much meat, but I figured I would still give it a chance since this was my 1st time eating from here. However, I was not expecting to get food poisoning. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking to eat subs or cheese steaks, just for safety's sake. Trust your instincts, if food doesn't seem right, DON'T EAT IT!

Got fries they had dark oil in the cup. There was a weird after taste. Had to throw them away. I think they need to change their oil

Why is it so difficult to a simple order correct 2 sandwiches AND 2 FRIES

POOR management, they need to use a number system or get your name because all of the orders were mixed up. Not as good as it used to be, sandwich was dry, might want to request extra mayo.

Great cheesesteaks! Had the black and Bleu and it was spot on! The fries are made to order and fresh! Staff was super friendly and very thoughtful about what you want on your sandwich.

For a food court restaurant, the food was awesome! The grand escape is my favorite, the best cheesesteak west of Philly. The fries are fresh cut and taste incredible, especially with the vinegar on them. I haven't had a Salad yet,but they make everything in front of you and have no problem if you'd like extra veggies or dressings. The staff is friendly and helpful if your not sure what to get. I will be back.

Steak Escape used to be one of my favorite sandwich shops in Toledo but wow what a let down. Last 2 grand escapes I have gotten from this location have been terrible. Won’t be going here again.
