Starbucks

Manager onsite, fix this problem. Hire people who want to work and not act like they don't want to be there. A few mornings now I have been met with horrible service by a young blonde gal. She has zero personality, no greetings, no thank you, nothing. The drinks at this location are also horrible, every time I order my vanilla late, there is no vanilla. I am opting out of this location entirely until this problem is fixed.

I just lalalalove it when I get “Superb service”...then I get to share it with the world through Google 😉. Today is my birthday. A friend told me to go show my ID at Starbucks and they will give you a free cup of coffee. Note: I am an excessive coffee drinker, and I do not typically go to Starbucks. I pulled into this location, walked in, ID in hand, and asked the question, “is it true, free cup of coffee on your birthday?” This is where the story gets good...Frank (the one who helped me), said yes through the app...blah, blah, blah...(the standard response I believe they trained him to say)...and then, at the very end he said, “but so what, it’s your birthday, what are you havin’?” With the cutest smile, I’m sure, behind the mask because it was in his eyes! Well, I must say, STARBUCKS MANAGEMENT...please read...Frank, is one of those employees that shines above ALL the rest! 🤗

I have to say Kameron (I may of misspelled "sorry")is the BEST personality and customer service! I admit, there is a bit of crushtomer happening. He lights up the drive through with his great smile. I miss my old Starbucks crew that knew me and my order just pulling up (N.Albany@Hickory). All though this Starbucks hasn't gotten down their order to drink delivery (that is why the 4). Everything else they are pretty great at!
