Baskin-robbins

The woman that helped us was super friendly & fast! Great customer service. However, the temperature inside the store was so hot! She looked over heated & we could not stay in the store to enjoy our ice cream at the tables because it was so hot inside. Please turn some air conditioning on inside an ice cream shop in this awful heat!

I was looking forward to going to "31"Flavors and a was very disappointed to find that under the "false advertising sign" they only had 20 flavors not the, advertised, 31. I don't know what is going on with the Baskin Robbins chain but this is the same thing that happened at the Dearborn Heights and the Dearborn locations. Three stores in one day with only 20 flavors. I won't ever be going back. Rick Zorn

Tonight I received terrible customer service. I ordered a large milkshake and I received a small milkshake I had only realized because of the total when I told the employee that he had only charged me for a small instead of a large he responded “wow. Can you ask him to make it I have to mop and sweep.” That is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate I was there before closing time and I do not feel that it is good customer service to rush out your customers while they are there still with plenty of time to spare before close. He ended up making up the rest of the shake, but even that tasted like he hadn’t added enough ingredients it tasted like a cup of milk

Been to this Baskin Robin's dozens of times, it's everything you would expect from a B&R location as far as the products offered, this location is clean and well kept every time I come. The service is friendly for all hours but he warned the later shifts are generally staffed by only one person and unfortunately the nice gentleman that usually does it has a very hard time with English so you will have to be patient and be prepared to do a lot of pointing but otherwise this is a routine stop for me especially for breakfast as it is a bit more affordable than McDonald's.

Can never complain about ice cream, because truly you can never go wrong with it. The later you go to this place, the more like they are to be out of almost everything the average joe might want. For example, I went here about 7pm, wanted a Resses Cup sundae. But guess what, out of Reese's Cups. Also out of Oreos, marshmallow fluff, nuts, sprinkles, banana, caramel and chocolate chips. So what did I get you ask? I got a sundae with peanut butter sauce and chocolate sauce. Not the same but darn similar. Not always the case but just something to point out before you waste a trip.
