Sonic Drive-in

This Sonic used to be so good a few years back. But we always have an issue now. This last time, today was AWFUL. Spent 25$ and EVERYTHING was cold when we got home....we only live a minute down the road. We ordered boneless wings, the chicken tender meal and a foot long cili dog. It was just inedible. Also we opened their ranch...it was so old, it was separating( I almost threw up). My husband called to address the problem. She said if the food was brought back, they would replace it. Went back, the young girl was very rude, said they would never do this for us again( though we never have in the past) said we probably wouldn't be back and she said that was fine. How disappointing. I've been a shift manager at multiple fast food restaurants for about 10 years all together. NOTHING was handled professionally or with care and kindness. We got home and the skimped the popcorn chicken and still didn't give us our onion rings or toast and gave us another rotten ranch! I'm sorry for the review and only give good feedback back but this was just not ok. Of course issues should be addressed to get fixed.

The shakes were terrible and crazy expensive. I gave the employee my debit card for payment. She came back and demanded another form of payment because my card didn't work. It wasn't declined. It just didn't work and that's all they could tell me. I didn't have cash. I had to walk to the store to use the atm with the same visa debit card to get cash. I couldn't drive because they would call the cops. Terrible customer service. The shakes were not good at all. And I was humiliated because of their faulty equipment.

Second time going there to give them another chance since they screwed up my order the first time. I had a credit per the manager Lacey but since they no longer have the chili frito wrap I am no longer entitled to a refund? Seriously messed up! I will now continue to go anywhere but there! Your rules are seriously messed up in this small town. My advice would be to go give BK, Taco Bell or subway your business since they care about customer service and making things right!

Good until we tasted the Rt. 44 Dr. Pepper and it was bad so we informed them. They said they would bring us a new one. 10 min later we still hadn't received it. So we called back in to let them know, so they rushed one out and it wasn't a Rt. 44. And still tasted not like Dr pepper. She didn't offer a 3rd CORRECT drink, she stood there after telling us we said a lrg when we didn't. Weird.

We waited for 20 mins on their app to pay and place our order. Hubby finally got out and walked to window. They said their app was down, and couldn't give us our half off . Instead of comping hubby, they only took my order. We waited another 20 mins, and hubby asked where my food was. They said, oh we didn't see you. It's sitting in there, we'll bring it out. All in all, it was a terrible experience. We like this sonic, but today was terrible.
