Kfc

I don't know what experiences have been like in the past at this location for everyone, but I can tell you that there's a new GM by the name of Ray and I had hands down the best KFC experience I have ever had in my life. Super friendly while ordering, when I got to the window he told me that they have fries but he wanted to make sure I got fresh ones and it'll be just a couple minutes. I said that's fine and I appreciate it the fact that he cared about the freshness because that seems to be rare anymore. When I got the food everything was fresh, and amazingly delicious. Usually from KFC I get a sandwich that has mayo on it but it barely has any mayo actually on it, but everything I got was made as if they were making it for themselves. Based on the reviews I've seen on this location, I would suggest that everyone who had inevited negative experience in the past go back and give it another chance. I just opened a business across the street and I'm very happy with this KFC. Like I said I can't speak on how it was in the past but I can say it seems that KFC has made an excellent choice in who they promoted to GM. Thank you for an excellent experience and meal, Ray!

We ordered a three-piece chicken dinner and instead of getting coleslaw as we ordered we got mashed potato and gravy instead. We noticed that the girl at the cash register on the drive thru side was not paying attention to what she was doing and was talking too fast on the mic and at the window. Please make sure that you tell your employees to watch what they're doing and not to talk so fast that's how they get things confused. The food was good I can't complain about.

The customer service was great and the friendly smiles were very welcoming. The only thing that we did notice was that the chicken was super dry. And the biscuits were hard, normally there perfectly baked. Maybe a day old or two? Not sure but the coleslaw and the mashed potatoes were perfect thank you KFC.
