Sunsational Coffee

First day of moving to the PHX area I was hankering for some coffee while I unpacked. Sunsational was only a 5 minute drive, so I went through the drive thru hoping for the best. I can’t espresso how delighted I was to find genuinely good coffee. They have so many intricate flavors, great deals and discounts listed and the staff is incredibly helpful. If you’re looking for brew-ti-ful coffee, this place is solid! The food looks exceptional, and per my dad and husband, it is! Unfortunately, I have to eat gluten free so I’m hoping in the future they’ll have more GF options so I can join in!

Revisited this spot after many years and it’s just as good as it ever was! The owner is amazingly nice and really is a master at his craft. The house roast was very carefully crafted and tastes GREAT. The baristas are all very friendly and knowledgeable as well. It’s a place you can ask questions at and they really know their stuff, from roasting, grinds, temperature to any other conditions that help make the best brew possible.

My first time visiting Sunsational was this morning and I will definitely be going back! I tried the iced butter rum latte as it was one of the specials as well as the breakfast wrap. I did receive hot sauce packets with the wrap that was much appreciated. Both products were amazing and fresh. I received prompt and friendly service. I was able to get to the drive thru window with ease and no one was in line ahead of me which worked nicely because I was running behind schedule this morning. The coffee is very high quality and shipped from Portland. My coffee did not have a burnt or stale taste like other shops. It was delicious.

I LOVE this place! How have I been local for 4 years and not known about this? A friend who works at a local business told me about this because I love white coffee and I have to say that they didn’t disappoint. The only place I’ve ever found white coffee was Dutch Bros…and as much as I love that coffee, I have to say this one is even better. Also, the owner Lloyd and Abby, who helped me were just awesome. Lloyd educated me on how to make white coffee at home which is different than regular types of coffee. The atmosphere has a small town Hallmark feel which I LOVE and for which I am always on the hunt. All in all, I say this place is an absolute hidden gem - and only wish I knew about it sooner! I wish they were open all day long and their hours will be the only reason I don’t stop by more but I will get here as often as possible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Coffee and tea are amazing. This place is by my son's school so I decided to try it as I'm not a fan of the chain coffee places, I literally have been here everyday for the past 3 weeks. Already got a free coffee with the punch card that they give you. The ladies and guy that have taken my order are always friendly and helpful and remember me. Only thing I tried that I didn't like was the white coffee but I appreciate the option and the benefits of it just is an acquired taste. Other than that my fave drink so far is the cinnamon dolce iced with almond milk! But they have so many flavor combos to choose from. Have only tried the pumpkin cinnamon roll which was amazing but the other food they have sounds really good.

Sunsational has ruined me for all other coffee shops! Seriously, all their drinks are great and their seasonal baked goods are addicting and delicious. Their sandwiches are good too. Everyone is friendly and they use stamp cards to earn free coffee, which is awesome. I recommend this place all the time!

I go here a lot. I love the white coffee and the breakfast sandwich or a muffin. The people that work here are awesome. They don't just wait for you to get to the window, they send someone out to take your order while you are in line. They are always smiling and make some really tasty coffee. Give them a try, you won't regret it.
