First time with my husband and family my husband used to eat here all the time they moved out the city so we decided to drive out the city and visit Ruby Tuesday and we had a wonderful time great service and our waiter was awesome

We went out to celebrate my husband's birthday at Ruby Tuesdays in Sterling heights Michigan. The food and service is always excellent. He had the 1/2 slab of ribs with mashed potatoes and I had the Chicken Parmesan. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars was the cook was very light on the sauce. But I asked my waiter for a side of sauce and he brought it to me as soon as possible. We had a very nice meal.

Great new options for the salad bar, awesome new desserts, (I personally tried the blueberry lemon cake, awesome), and great service as always. I always recommend this location.

Love this Ruby Tuesday ! The food is always good and the salad bar can’t be beat - such a great variety. But the outstanding customer service is what sets this restaurant apart from others - they always strive to make sure you are totally satisfied every time you visit.
All of the staff, from the hostess to the manager, are very pleasant and helpful.
I would definitely recommend it to everyone !

I haven't visited Ruby Tuesdays in years, but I will definitely be back to this location soon. The customer service was outstanding and the food delicious. The staff is amazing and will go out their way to make sure you are satisfied. From the greeter, to the person who stocks the salad bar (croutons were super fresh and still warm), to the server Ryan, and the manager...everyone was great. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

I ordered the chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. My meal was delicious. However my fiance ordered grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. His potatoes were runny. He reordered and it had to be replaced again. He got rice instead which was very tasty. The manager was very accommodating and took the bill down. We love their salads fresh and tasty.
