Customer service is great-- however management may have a serious issue. Over the the past year or so, despite being 24/7-- this 711 will seemingly randomly close at various hours-- this has happened to me many times over the past year(s) where the store will be closed when it is advertised that they are open. Really sucks to walk to the store, and it's just closed when it should supposedly be open. The workers are all great, but upper management needs to get their stuff together-- I went there today around 10PM while everything shows they are open... and they are just closed (Employee told me they had closed 15 minutes ago). If you are going to close early please list that online. I hope this 7/11 gets better management.

I visit this 7-Eleven very frequent, normally in the afternoon. Due to my work schedule I stopped in around 5:50a.m. I guess the end of the midnight shift. The man that works this shift is very rude and doesn't understand the importance of good customer service. I was told as a loyal customer to get out of his store and if he see me again he will call the police. All because I was explaining to him that he is over charging me for the donuts that are clearly displayed 2 for $2.22. I was told that the correct price was not entered into the system and that was the issue. However, he has to honor the price displayed no matter what. Also, it doesn't justify his rude behavior not once, but more than twice. The first and last time he was rude to me I had my son with me whom is 9yrs old. The first rude encounter was him speaking to my son inappropriately and I checked him telling him not to speak to my son that way and don't rush me. I I even corrected him in an under charge. I had items that totalled 5 bucks and he was going to give it to me for a little under 3 bucks. I was offered coupons for being threatened and disrespected. I dont think I will be returning back to that location. Public beware! On a better note, the 7-Eleven on 15mile/Little Mack is AWESOME! Management and Staff have always given me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, even in a mistake. When we patronize a business, we deserve RESPECT AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Girl inside on6/6 at 12:40 during the day was not wearing a mask. Also was rude. I had my rewards and she just let me pay for it not telling me that I could have gotten any size for a dollar. Until after when I realized that the price then mash and is only a dollar. Can refuse to let me get another drink for a dollar because the covid-19. You're not the one wearing a mask.

Went there to buy some scratch off. The Indian lady that works there must not understand English or something told her I need 3 scratch off she hands me 1. with all respect I said ma’am I asked for 3 can I get 2 more. She wants to argue with me and give me an attitude and say no u asked for 1. I don’t understand if I’m asking to buy 2 more why give me an attitude and argue you with me when I’m trying to buy more from you. If you don’t like your job or something go find you another job. Worst customer service. I wish I could put 0 stars very unprofessional.

LOVE this 711! We live close by and frequently visit. Staff is always very helpful. Today I had to purchase thirty eight $10 gift cards for work. Al was working alone, and due to the hot weather he had a lot of customers coming in for cold drinks. He ran two registers helping other customers and running 8 different transactions to get my gift card purchase done as well. I would highly recommend this 711!!

Just got robbed by the cashier $40.. My fiancé went in to get a money order..money i counted 10 times..the man behind the counter counted it twice and it was fine then a 3rd and claimed it was $40 short..im waiting to speak to the owner in the morning so he can go over the cameras..this is absolutely disgusting
