The food is actually good, but the delivery service is trash, and phone lines must not work because I have to literally walk there, because they have not answered the phone after consistently calling for an hour

Just rude customer service, the dude is always rushes you to order your food. The food is done fast but the only thing good is the white rice and the chicken and broccoli… I’ll add the wonton too. I always play it safe. Used to be my favorite place.but don’t even bother they need a new manager and just someone else to ruin this place. Maybe he would learn his listen not to be so rude

Food is disgusting. Please do not order from here. Ever. I can’t even believe this place is still in business. The rice is old brown rice. The lady that picks up the phone called back to cuss me out like she was the one that cooked the food. Save your money or order from somewhere else.

The person taking my order was extremely rude!!! Very disrespectful!!! I’m not sure why they feel it is acceptable behavior to yell at customers over the phone! Trust and believe this was not only my first but also my last time ordering from this establishment! Horrible customer service, terrible way to run a business! If you can’t deal with the public then don’t. If I could give no stars I would! Do NOT give this place your business! Take your money somewhere with better customer service and better food.

I’ve ordered here a few times In the past and thought I would give it a try again. This time i ordered and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude my fiancé complained as well that he was extremely rude in person . On the phone he wouldn’t even let me finish my order and said “oh my god” as if he wanted me to hurry up and hang up the phone horrible customer service you would think they cared about something like that having a business but they don’t
