The food is as authentic as it gets! Absolutely delicious, prices are very reasonable, and portions are huge. I couldn’t finish my entree as hard as I tried. The personnel is always friendly and makes me feel at home. Unless you look out the window and see the streets of Springfield, you’d think that you’re at any restaurant back in the island.

I do not eat Spanish food often, but after coming here, the food was well worth it. The Spanish rice and bake chicken tasted great. Raíces has a nice ambience The workers are nice, and there large meal are well worth the money you pay for.

Everything here is so good! My only complaint is sometimes you get straight up ignored for minutes on end waiting to be served. However, the foods so good I won't stop going! Additionally, the ladies are polite enough when they do eventually get to you, so perhaps they're burdened with more duties than they should be. Love this spot!!

The presentation was poor. The food was under seasoned especially the roast pork. Items that were on the menu they were out of and I had to wait 10 minutes longer for my meal to be served after my date had recieved his. It felt like I was in a cafeteria instead of a classy restaurant. Server were dressed in t shirts and jeans playing with their hair etc. Not a place I would be returning to or recommending.

My wife liked her meal. I found her portions too small for the price. My Cuban sandwich was enormous. Burnt, but enormous. Never have I had a Cuban with salami in it. Didn't hurt it, as much as the taste of burnt bread did.
