Sonic Drive-in

I go to this sonic often, because they are the only sonic that seems to know how to properly cook a grilled cheese... Then this happens, I ordered a few grilled cheeses and then they arrived the cheese was not melted at all and still in it's slice form, I could see the two slices of cheese (usually it's melted and gooey) so I asked if they could remake them. The guy was super nice and said sure no problem we will make sure it's melted, and of course they are not toasted this was the only one that was half toasted. It's literally bread with melted cheese on it. Is definitely an odd texture in the mouth never have I eaten a "grilled" cheese that wasn't grilled. It was super soft and gross. Not to mention the girl who brought us the remade sandwiches had a horrible attitude and I ended up just leaving and not eating.

The speakers are already hard to hear. But when the associate is taking the order and the rest of the staff is singing full on in the background, it is impossible to hear. This was made clear when the order came out all wrong. Burger instead of chicken. Mozzarella sticks instead of tots. Extra water they were going to charge us for. Asked for cheese, got none. Just horrible. The server was very nice though and she was patient and accommodating.

As a homeless person, most people won't give you a second look or a hand up for any means because they think that it's a waste of their time. I stopped in here tonight with no money in my pocket and I hadn't eaten for 2 days and at this location not only is it a sorry for sore eyes here in Springfield to have a clean parking lot and facilities but the staff actually sponsored me a meal for the night. Thank you for staff at this Sonic Drive-In for restoring my faith in humanity.

The servers and the food are wonderful every time I come here. The issue that I’ve seen quite a few times in the manager I assume because I don’t know who he is. He treats his employees like trash. I was talking to my server and he came out and yelled at her. There’s like me and another person here and the server was out her for like maybe two minutes. When I worked in fast food having a manger breath down my back like that is quite unfortunate and makes a already difficult job just that much more worse. Knowing you have to come into work and deal with a power hungry manger couldn’t be me. I’ve seen it a few times and decided to write about it.
