If you want coffee, you should know where to go. There are so many flavors of coffee that I had never seen before. Also, if it's not a coffee time, you can go for anything like the refreshers, which are super good too! Great place to get anything sugary 😂.

We arrived to Starbucks at 8:50 pm, 10 minutes before close. The barista had her car blocking the drive thru (see pic below) and the doors were locked. Very unhappy with this.

Service is pretty poor, they gave me a third of a cup of coffee, not one but couple grande orders. Casual staff who were engaging in internal chatter rather than helping customers. Also I am not sure if I am missing something, but nothing other than napkins were on offer, like no sugar , honey nothing, looks like you have to ask for each item separately.Last I checked every single starbucks used to have a counter for all of these items to pick from.

I come to Starbucks every single day. Never miss a day and the one day I come in and the rude disrespectful barista Haley was extremely rude when I went back to the counter and asked for my coffee to made a venti since I had order it that way and she said I was going to have to pay for a whole new coffee since the lady at the register rang me up wrong and than we got our last two drinks made completely wrong. Ingredients and all. And a lady behind us had to bring her drinks back because they were made wrong. Mistakes are made. Not an issue at all. Completely understand that. But the way Haley handled it and responded to the mistakes is a complete and under disgrace and not professional in any manner.

Arrived 10 mins before closing and there was a car blocking off the entrance to the drive through. Tried to then go inside to order but they locked the door before I could get to it. Then I kept trying to get their attention at the door and they refused to make eye contact. Two cars also came during this time to order and were unable to. The workers waited until 9 pm and then came out and left. I definitely understand wanting to get home in time but this was extremely unprofessional and borderline rude.
