Mcdonald's

This McDonald’s is by far the best location in the general Reading/Outskirts area. I am a part time Grub Hub driver so I deal with a lot of restaurants/fast food restaurants daily. This location has the friedliest staff of any I’ve visited in the area. I barely walk in the door when I am saluted and asked how I can be helped.The food is always on point. The facility is super clean in both the outside and inside of the restaurant, spotless. I would like to congratulate and thank the staff and management for the standard this location is held to, it is unseen anywhere else!

The staff are nice/ok.The food is warm, and it is what is, fast food. On a order placed a few weeks ago I ordered a Mcdouble and I didn’t get it, I let it go didn’t even complain about it. Today I decide to grab McDonald’s because it’s on the route home order 2 mcdoubles and guess what I get 2 cheese burgers. How can you mess that up??? This is a 12 minute drive each way from home, so it’s not like I can walk in and say hey my order is wrong. Does it mean I have to check what’s in my bag, and also unwrap every single sandwich??? Please take a little more time to ensure everything in a order is correct. It seems like careless mistakes. I would refrain from coming here for a while.

This place has went down hill in the past couple months. The new management they have in place is horrendous. They would do better to promote from within the store rather than rely on people from outside of it. Also the gray hair lady in the kitchen in the morning needs to go. She has messed up my order more than once. I never had to wait very long here for an order, now its a guarantee. Its a shame because there are a few good regulars there who try hard.

We had to wait over 4 minutes foe our food, which we wouldn't have minded, but the fries were cold, the sandwiches were cold, the chicken sandwich was dry and had no mayo on it. The place was filthy. We had to ask someone to clean our table. There wasn't a clean table in the whole lobby. Very disappointed

I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich & a quarter pounder with cheese. What I ended up getting (& paying for) was a spicy crispy chicken Deluxe sandwich with lettuce and tomato (which I did not want) and my burger was so salty that I could not eat it. It tasted like a whole shaker of salt was dumped on it. Gagging, I threw it back in the bag. A total waste of $14!
