Dunkin'

Ordered online... Got to the speaker and each car in front of me had a long wait, when I got to the window the girl handed me a leaky frozen coffee, I asked for more napkins then waited.... She looks at me like ? Then asks "What else do you need?" Uh my food? I hope the girl with the lip piercings has a better day.

Went there today around 4:45 to order 2 coffees and 3 sandwiches. Girl kept me waiting then came to window and asked if I could come around again because it’s a “big” order. No problem, waited in line again and when arrived was told “oops sorry your order is to large you need to come inside if you want it”. Why keep someone waiting for so long and even have them come back around to just tell them you can’t accommodate them????? I understand that it’s busy and would have appreciated it if the girl simply said she couldn’t accommodate me from the start. Why waste my time? 3 sandwiches however shouldn’t be an issue, smh. Ended going to the Swansea Dunkin and they took care of me!

I was at this location for a coffee and no problem me was at the register when the person come to serve me she was rude her name chelsey. Then I told to the person at the gas register that she was rude and I don’t know why, then the person from the gas station asked her why she was rude she told the person I was lucky she didn’t spit on my coffee, I will file a complaint to the better business bureau. So people be careful you don’t get your coffee spikes because the person don’t like you.

Great fresh donuts at one time but NO REST ROOM USE (a year AFTER COVID, but their employees have use of restrooms ofcourse) and I'm tired of hearing NO when on the road to long. Every D.D. won't allow restroom use. You kidding me!😡 Not even of you work for their town!!!! 👀 I buy little from them NOW... MY FRIENDS & Family too!💥

The staff is rude, and very aggressive towards their customers. I went in to order a coffee and two breakfast sandwiches, and was greeted with an aggressive server, she was throwing items on to shelves, while blaring music, I went to order a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and was told "I dont have any sausage out right now" before I even got the words out, I proceeded to order something else, and before I could even say what I wanted it on, I got "I dont have any croissants." With a massive confrontational attitude. She was complaining about the on the go app printing out orders, while making our food. I felt like I was in the wrong for wanting something from this dunkin. I will never go back to this one. Management really needs to handle this server.

Dunkin Donuts what do you expect I'm so used to the same coffee everyday it was good but it's the same coffee everyday I want something new indulge me I do the pumpkin cream cold brew it's pretty good but how many times can you have the same coffee can't they make something new like the Nitro Brew at Starbucks but if this is Oaklawn Avenue they're great I love the coffee I love the service they're excellent they are always cordial they are great people great customer service I can't say the same for other doctor Donuts in my area well let me not say that because there's another one down the end of the street on Oaklawn Avenue the two Dunkin Donuts stores on Oaklawn Avenue give excellent service I know all the girls that work there and they are hands-down the best employees they work hard and let you know how to make a coffee the pumpkin cold brew cream as the as excellent but I want something no LOL
