At 3:30 p they had NO donuts at all. Drive thru associate had no personality seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. This is the dunkin that time forgot … go up the road for actual stock and a better experience

Horrible experience my husband confirmed my coffee twice to them and they even repeated it back and still didn't make it correctly. Soy and almond products give my a fuzzy feeling over my tongue and since they now offer oat milk its my chosen replacement offered. Very disappointed in the lack of detail added. If you can't do the job you shouldn't be there.

the manager (lisa) is the rudest gremlin you will ever encounter. if you think about going to this dunkin i suggest turning around and getting far away from there. that heathen is the most unprofessional manager they have ever had in that store. i’ve walked in and heard her swearing at her employees multiple times. get this lady out of there !! ( if i could give no stars i would )

I Ordered 2 cafe lattes hot
I received them Luke warm this is the 2nd time in a row undistaft
And there was no stock at all there's no donuts there was nothing and this was around 6 PM
I will never go back there again

The line doesn’t move even when there’s only like 3 cars in line, they never have once gotten my order correct(and I order online). Don’t order online and go inside thinking it will be faster I’ve waited over 10 minuets sometimes just for them to get it wrong. The only reason I go to this one is because it’s right near my work. It’s actually insane how terrible and incompetent the employees are.
