Miller's Ale House

Our first time at this location, but not our first at a Miller's Ale House. Very friendly and competent waitstaff. Food was excellent and served quickly. Sanford will become a frequent destination for us because of business in the area. This place will be a strong consideration for meals any time we're in the area

We have been going to Miller Ale House in Sanford for about 18 years now. This is our go to place for most of our family gatherings. I love how they change things up every so often and offer new foods as our family has had most everything on the menu through out the years. My favorite of all time still is the Blackened Shrimp & Chicken Cobb Salad, the French dip is amazing, my children love the Zinger Melts with Crispy Fries just to name a few. How about bringing back the Tenderloin Medallions? Anyways, the staff is always amazing and the food is great. We are looking forward to trying the new items on menu like the Lobster Ravioli and the Smashed Queso Burger. Honestly the only reason why I gave a 4 is that we are seriously not fond of the nachos or the Salmon dinner. We sure do miss the old Nachos, how about bringing those back along with the medallions. :) Also, due to the previous long term GM who was ok not the best but OK. I'm sure with the new GM this will be right back up to 5 stars as usual. Anyways, we were recently in there and I am so excited to hear that they have one opening in Port Orange. The best of success to you in Port Orange! You have truly grown over the years!

Had a terrific time at Sanford Ale House to watch the start of college football. Great atmosphere and friendly employees that make you feel like family. I enjoyed a quick visit with manager Matt who made sure my experience was above expectations and made some terrific recommendations, such as the new chimichurri steak salad. Get the zingers- mountain melt, mac and cheese, salad, and now a wrap- you will not be disappointed.

I wish I could remember the server's name (it was a 2-part name and I did fill out the survey at the end of the meal, so it's at least on there), because she was wonderful and I'd like to give her the credit she deserves... But the service was excellent and the food was great. They were out of the pulled pork tacos, so I tried the fish tacos instead.. 1-star.. Would NOT recommend.. But hubby's steak was awesome and we really liked the atmosphere.. It looks like it may have been a Sonny's back in the day.. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in the area.
