Burger King

I made an order today at the drive thru. I asked at the intercom what the specials were and how to get code off app for discount in order to make my complete order. Employee wouldn’t answer my questions about app. Wouldn’t use the app for discount, started screaming and cussing at me over what I actually ordered when I told her it was wrong. She caused so much commotion, the manager came over and tried asking what the problem was and she started screaming and cussing at both of us that I stopped explaining my order and issue with app. I sat at the drive thru window for 30mins exactly. While they fought ...I was thrown my food incomplete. Half my order was missing. The code was used but the receipt doesn’t reflect any discount or proper order I placed. I wasn’t given the chance to rectify my order, they rushed me through the drive thru after waiting over hour in line, still didn’t get half the food I wanted or a drink—-my order was over 50.00$ and not even a sauce or her name. Disgusting. And as I’m trying to pull out of the drive thru, homeless men started banging on my truck that I had to rush out !!!! Never again Burger King. Lost my business forever. I’ve never had an employee anywhere act so unprofessional!!! And seems like other reviews reflect all this and still she works there. Don’t pay these employees over 5$ an hour for the lack of service and food and straight up professionalism!!!

I could the woman very clearly and I believe she was ble to hear us more as well, she got our order correct and we had no confusions •Got our order correct, double checked just to make sure and everything was there, no issues •The employee who handed us our food was very positive mood and was patient as we sorted out where we rested the food in the car •Really impressed! 👏👏👏 good job BK & employees Previous Review: •Could barely hear the speaker and the woman working the drive through seemed like she could barely hear us • Messed up our order several times, even after correcting they forgot our drinks, luckily we remembered and remind them •they is always some kind of issue even the last couple times we came here In case you expect the coffee to be larger here is the size compared to organe juice :) Bottom line I love burger King since I was a child this location specifically should work on the drive through service and the speaker and make sure that works well enough to hear the customer and the other way around. No one is perfect I will update this review my next time around

Fist time at Burger King. The young lady at the drive thru was very nice. She was professional and polite. I purchased the #9 combo. I was feeling like having a chicken sandwich. But for $8.95, this is the last time I ever go to Burger King. You can see from the photo I added here, that's all you get. This is a good size lunch bag if you're 12 to 17 years old. And for the money Burger King wants, it's just not enough. If you don't mind over paying for a chicken sandwich, this works great for you.
