Understaffed and out of stock. There are better subways out there with better service and a faster turn around. You have been warned.
Staff were pleasant but they were very extremely slow for sure. I blame the management not the staff for this situation.

The app said I could get curbside pickup. I ordered 3 subs at 4:45. App said they weren't going to be ready until 5:05 pm. When time came closer, I used app to check in and app said subway person was going to bring the subs. Twenty minutes later, nothing. But we could see subway girl help other customers, look up at us too. We called. Girl said her manager told her no more curbside pick up, app should not give that option anymore, manager told girl because of covid she can only come to door of restaurant and meet me there to get food. Plus, girl said she couldn't tel our car was an suv. How were we supposed to know they don't offer curbside? Or, to meet the girl at door? She can't at all come to tell us anything. Waste of time.

I came in for lunch, and went to wash my hands. The light doesn't work. I ordered a salad and it was not mixed or chopped. Just stuffed in a plastic bowl with dressing on top. This is probably the worst service I've gotten, and it came from the assistant manager.

Worst place! The guys don’t know how to wear mask, the nose is open. The person making order was not able to wrap the sub properly, half the contents dropped in the bag.

The store is sometimes understaffed, slow running and sometimes certain ingredients might be out of stock.
However, one of the guys who works there is really friendly and personable, and makes the sandwiches really well. Really great customer service from him.
The sandwiches taste great, especially when toasted and with tuna.

Fast, clean and friendly service. I always make it a habit to stop here and grab a subway sandwich. Staff makes the best chocolate chip cookies. No subway can top there cookies. Thanks

Such a clean and friendly subway. Brock always greets me when I come in. He makes sandwich that are fresh. I’m so happy to hear they have new management. I used to come in way back in the days but the staff was rude and unclean. Thanks Brock for making subway fresh!
