Subway

I have to give credit when credit to due. massive thank you to Ashley and Dakota Something that I like to do is to have the employee make me something on the menu or off the menu or whatever they want to have to eat. This is a great way to have them express themselves. Self, some of my favorites experience has been from just doing this. And how is this location not inundated with customers? I had a great experience that says a lot since a Subway location; I know it's hard to keep employees, let alone the better ones that take an extra 30 seconds to start a friendly conversation.

Over the span of a few months, I have ordered through Uber eats 4 times and everytime my order has been messed up. Missing cookies, the wrong type of cookies, the wrong type of meat. I know a lot of places don’t have the employees to keep up but a simple order with it written in front of you shouldn’t be that hard.

3 people in front of me. 20+ minutes inline to start my order. I felt sorry for the employees, it was obvious they didn’t know the menu or how to quickly prepare the sandwiches. The struggle was real! I asked them how things were going when I finally made it up there and they told me both had started after COVID-19 and hadn’t been trained like other new employees. Subway if you’re reading this... 9/26 employees are very nice. Please get them some training!

Terrible experience. put an order for takeout, I had to wait over 15 min for them to bring it out. I asked for sandwiches to be toasted, they were not. The bread was whatever they wanted. I will never go back to this store, there are at lease 3 more very close by that I will recommend other people to use.
