Leeann Chin

Staff was super nice! It got a bit busy and one could tell they weren't used to being busy. Service was very slow and Leeann Chin is no longer as good as I remember it being. Slow service is fine for excellent food! Slow service and mediocre food does not warrant a return visit. This is one of the few remaining Leeann Chins so I wish them success. I'll most likely think twice before visiting again.

Absolutely ridiculous this is the amount of sauce you get with the pot stickers at this location I spoke to the employee and this is at the owner's Direction obviously the owner does not want customers and knows nothing about economics it costs more for the plastic than the sauce he obviously wants to go out of business

Ok this is probably the worst display of stupidity in this world of thinking green and recycling. Plastic dishes covers ok fine I go up to the employee and ask him where do I toss the Plastic for recycling he says they never had one. I was shocked in this day every restaurant I have gone too has something if they use Plastic. So I take the Plastic outside so I can bring it home and I see a Plastic recycling dumpster outside wow. Is this company so out of touch with the world they cant have a place to separate trash and recycling then walk 2 bags out to the dumpster? I will never go here and I hope no one else does either because of this lack of common sense just horrible that this has gone on for years and years

The food we got was barely warm and lacked flavor. When I asked the person working how many wontons came per order she lazily motioned to the menu board and said unenthusiastically "its up there". She was so unfriendly and unhelpful that even my 7 year old child noticed. Had I not had hungry kids and family at home I would have left. I admit we did go in about 15 mins before close so wasn't too surprised by the lack of items or that they were not very fresh. But all of those factors combined left us very disappointed.

All Chicken Entrées are Excellent but the Beef was really fatty rubbery big pieces and cold lost of appetite from chewing this big rubbery chunk of beef and the noodles cold like the Beef and were huge i think were over cooked reminded me of. Earth worms you see crawling in moist black dirt noodles were that huge totally lost my appetite and need do better job on Wong tongs cold also. No beef. no noodle. no wong tong. next time for me. I wanted return. but a Lil far now I gave to someone
