Alright hours online say they are open, hours on door say they are open yet the doors are locked and everyone inside pretends they can’t see or hear you knocking on the door. If something went wrong and you have to close early not a big deal but put up a sign or at least acknowledge me.

4 cars in drive thru yet it took 26 minutes, beans in burrito where just brown soup. Dining room still shut down since covid. Very disappointed

Know inside seating. Most of the time I have been there their the people are short with you, some were down right rude. Work on customer service just because people aren't staying to eat doesn't mean being polite still isn't important!

Friendly service read back my order to make sure it was correct 2x and she was really Friendly... because of her I'm rating it 5 but if I could give her 100 I would thank you taco bell

Worst customer service ever, they only have the drive through working. The employees are slow at best and when I got my order it was wrong, no wait half of it wasn't there. Shouldn't this be checked before they hand it to you. The only reason they are still in business is because they get most of there customers from the freeway most locals won't waist their time or money here.

Went in previously and they forgot a burrito. Called in and got manager Christen. He was super helpful, took our info, and got a free burrito for the next time we went in. He was super understanding with fantastic customer service skills. Will definitely be back.

This is a combined Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken. The food is the same as other Taco Bell's and KFCs and the service was fast and friendly. Right now the lobby is closed and only the drive up is open. The only problem I had with this location was they only have Pepsi products so I missed my Dr Pepper.
