Panera Bread

Chicken game over. The Signature was easily one the best drive thru sandwiches I've ever ordered. From packaging to the last, delectable bite was something to savor. I didn't pull over, but I did take the long way home and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I've never had a sandwich look anything like the advertisement...until now. Look at this beautiful thing...

Great food, and service!! The pick 2 option is nice, so you can try 2 things… and it’s great it’s not limited to a few selections!! I was surprised we had the ability to choose 2 from almost anything on the menu! The manager was very friendly with everyone in the dining room. We sat close to the kitchen window and it was clear she was a great leader of her team, very vocal communicating and respectful at all times. I hadn’t been to Panera for probably 5 years….. I’ll be back much sooner this time!

11/22/2021 I haven't eaten in a Panera Bread in several years. I went to Panera because I wanted to go to a restaurant where I could sit down and dine in. I also wanted to try their Mac and Cheese. I ordered a the pick two Half Fiju Apple Salad $6.59 with Chicken and a Large Macaroni and Cheese $7.89, plus a cinnamon roll $3.39 from the kiosk inside the restaurant. A server brought my order to the table. The macaroni and cheese was pretty good. The salad was pretty tasty as well. The chicken did look weird because it was shaved. And the salad would be more appealing if the apples were fresh apple slices instead of dried. The restaurant was clean and the staff did check on me while I was eating my food.

I ordered big cups of soups one was broccoli cheddar and other chicken soup but when came back home then I saw this EVEN THERE WAS NO DIDE BREAD WHAT THEY SUPPOSED TO GIVE WITH SOUP my kids were hungry and I called them back to tell this problem then they put me on hold nd forgot me. I choose Panera bread for my kids because I thought it’s healthy options but many times they did and every time they change their drive through staff as price they charge they don’t serve accordingly . After waiting so long on lines what we get so disappointed

Ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar for pick up, and when I opened it up back at my hotel I found they filled the bowl less than halfway. Trying to understand why? Even if they thought I ordered was a cup size in a bowl, it's still less than a cups amount. Why did I spend $8 for 1/3 cup of soup? I can't get through on the phones, and am having difficulty navigating their customer support. Feeling frustrated and hungry, and definitely not returning to this location.

This was the saddest excuse for a meal I’ve ever had. My BBQ chicken sandwich was a spoonful of something that resembled purée chicken on burned, stale bread. Came nothing like it was described or shown in photo on website. The grilled cheese was also cold and stale. Our entire meal was like this and I paid around $50. Never, ever again.

I love the food here. There's lots of options. And you can choose healthy options easily, if that's what you want. The lunch rush is a rush through. We ordered soup, salad, and 3 toasted bagels and we waited for 30 mins, which is tough to do with 3 little kids. So I'd recommend not going between 11:30-1.

Went here for lunch first time ever speed of service great customer service great however the only in my order worth coming back for was the lemon cookie the Mac and cheese sandwich extremely underwhelming and the only notable part of the chicken Cesar salad was the chicken for what I spent I could have made much better and fed at least 2-3 people so sad that I could get a better and larger Cesar salad at Costco and definitely their Mac and cheese is far superior in taste to Panera’s . I very disappointing experience. The star is for the employees they are doing everything more than correctly but they didn’t create the recipes. I’m sure all baked goods are great as the cookie did not disappoint.
