On a Friday night, we got a table right away by going straight to the bar area. There were several empty tables so, that was easy. We were waited on in a reasonable amount of time and she was reasonably attentive. Just how I like it. She let us know that the kitchen was running a bit behind and our food would take a little longer. When it did finally arrive, my medium well sirloin was cooked properly but, had sat for too long and was little more than room temp. Not wanting to spend anymore time than necessary at dinner, I wolfed it down boxed up my extras, paid my bill with a reasonable tip and went home. All things considered, not a bad visit but not stellar either. The service was great, the food not so much.

Do not order a steak from this location. First, my husband's and my rib eye were the cheap cut. Next, my husband's rare was a medium temp cook. My medium temp cook was well. My first steak was cooked with mushrooms despite me telling the server that I am allergic to mushrooms. The manager attempted to solve this problem with a free garden salad. So, I could eat with my husband. This is tacky and both plates should've arrived at the same time. This location's food cost is on them. If they are that worried about the food cost then have the cook pay for the mistake and not the customer. I had to wait way too long for a steak without mushrooms. When my steak finally arrived the grilled onions weren't cooked and still had a crunch to them. My fries were teeny as if the bottom of cast off. The broccoli was mushy. Plus, the flavor of the steak was displeasnt. It wasn't just us as the booth behind us also had incorrectly temp cooked steaks. They sent their steaks back and mumbled this is wrong again after the new steaks arrived. Our appetizers were promptly provided. We were not provided silverware nor napkins. Nor did the server offer more beverages and we had to repeatedly flag her down for basic meal necessities. There should've been a comp offered for overly delayed, incorrect deadly food. Morale of this review want a great quality steak cooked to your liking go to Jimmy Macs. Next time we'll make the long drive.

Love them in South Hill, off of 168th and Meridian. They are friendly, some of the friendliest actually; they don’t judge (at least not openly) and they get us our food! It would be 5 stars, but they removed my sliders. Probably a corporate issue, but still, i want my sliders back! Anyway. Treat them nice, they deserve it. They are some of the best servers, especially Jazmin, if you have her, you are in good hands. I hope they prosper.

Just got my Uber Eats delivery and thank God it was with a $20 Uber eats discount cause I am disappointed! I always order the 4 Cheese Mac with Honey Pepper Chicken but now they’ve gotten REAL cheap! For $17.79 there is maybe a tender and a half on this pasta and the tender has no sauce/seasoning like before. They cut up the chicken pieces like it’s for a child so I lined them up to get an adequate gauge of quantity of chicken. Won’t be ordering from here again if they’re going to charge more and give less. It was $25.89 with driver tip. Would have been $45.89 without the promo :0
