My cookies accidentally got delivered to the wrong apartment and they just had the driver go and give us new cookies :) It was definitely partly my fault because I forgot to put my apartment number so I had to call and tell it to them and I'm guessing that they misheard me. They have really good cookies and good vegan options. Definitely recommend!! Also, the person who picked up the phone a second time was named Rachel, she was cool and helped a lot! 10/10 service :)

I'm vegan an ordered 20 cookies, yet i ordered 3 non-vegans cookies for my friend. When i opened my box the vegan cookies were in a separate little paper pouch. This kid of attention to detail and care for the customer is beautiful, and I'm constantly having this experience with Insomnia.delicious vegan cookies, good delivery, great customer experience. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, i really love this place ❤️

There had been a guy that had just delivered to a house on Southeast South Street driving a silver vehicle on July 5th around 630pm. The young guy was on his phone and proceeded to back up and was not paying attention. I honked to get his attention so that he would not hit my personal vehicle.The employees responses to me honking to get his attention

Even though we came in during a rush the customer service was rude, I would have appreciated more kind communication from the worker. Cookies were great though, no complaints there!

Aka I ordered before they closed, and was charged the money, but never received the cookies. Then the store closed and no order ever came.

I’ve received overcooked cookies before and the app ALWAYS makes my life a struggle, but we live off campus and the cookies are usually warm and delivered within 30 minutes. It’s not always perfect, but the employees are mostly students working until 3 am trying to make a buck and they make an effort. And just for that: 5 Stars.
