I ordered online and never received my food. it has been 5 days with messages left and no return calls. I was charged to my account and not refunded. this is not ok. feel stolen from

Not bad at all. They need to change out the lettuce more often but the foods really good! My favorite is the Baja chicken bacon and it's a good size pita

Really inconsistent. Veggies need to be changed out more often, and maybe cover them too. Today I had to throw away my food because they didn’t cook my beyond meat all the way. It was cold and gummy and gross.

Great service, terrific choices. I had the falafel on a whole wheat pita (I'd recommend a regular pita; the texture suffers if you're used to a traditional taste). They have a "condiments bar" where you can add almost anything to make it your own (e.g. pickles, pepperoncinis, olives). Check 'em out!

40 minute estimated delivery time. Took well over an hour and a half. Was told I'd get an online discount for this but received no such refund or discount.
Also if it took over an hour and a half from when I placed the order, I wonder how fresh my food is going to be...?

If you want healthy food by day and great drunk munchies by night, this spot is your jam. Love getting the pita beer combo for 9.50 and the staff always has great recomendations!

I've ordered Pita Pit for delivery in the past, but upon going to the shop I was impressed at the process. You are offered fresh veggies, toppings, condiments, and at the end handed a bundle of heaven. Worth visit.

Just went and got helped by Chase and John. Both were so friendly in helpin me decide the best toppings, sauces, and how to order the most efficiently. Super good food and great service, thanks Chase and John for such an awesome pita experience.
