Perfect place if you feel like making two trips to get your whole order. Nothing better than trying to feed your family some quick fast food and you're missing 1/3 of your whole order so you have to make a second trip just to get what you were supposed to get the first time around. When I walked in there was a whole group of Wendy's employees sitting at a table with two people working in the back. They looked official like corporate or management but none of them said a thing about a customer missing their order. do not plan to come back to this Wendy's anytime soon.

If I could leave a 0 I would. On 1/6/2022 Wendy’s on BONFORTE Blvd gave me a full raw jalapeño popper sandwich . The chicken wasn’t cooked at all, may I remind you what happens when you consume raw chicken ..

Very nice crew! Biscuits n gravy was warm and comforting on a cold day. Didn't like the visual of the diced sausage. Still good nonetheless. Would eat at again.

Cold, old tasting food..
I guess when you pay almost $20 for 2 people, you would expect warm food, decent fries... Especially when you specifically asked for fresh fries and the response is, Sure Of Course! Wanted something worth the money. Did not happen.

My husband and I decided to grab a late dinner and had the worst service ever! Twice this week we have eaten at this Wendy’s and both times did not receive straws for our drinks and no napkins. Tonight 5/12/22 I was in the process of asking for a straw when the worker slams the drive up window and walks away. Maybe he would have heard me if the music blasting inside of the restaurant wasn’t so loud. Absolutely unacceptable behavior! We paid for large fries and got the large fries box, but with fries that were meant for a small. It’s ridiculous that people pay for food and receive unacceptable food and service. It’s good to know that this is how this particular Wendy’s is being run and operated! Unacceptable!

Just ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich there was no hot honey sauce on it, super dry especially with bacon being so burnt it was black and tasted like ash. Really disappointing for a Wendy's and now I have to finish my 12 hour shift with no food. Thanks for nothing guys

As usual the Bonforte Blvd. Wendy's drive thru sucks! The order was wrong, food appeared to be from the value menu which means we overpaid..we received burgers that were not only overcooked they were tiny kid's burgers when we ordered half pounders. Something wet had spilled all over everything inside the bag..Love Wendy's food just NOT this particular restaurant. No wonder I go elsewhere

Terrible Terrible service at 10 17 am I was the only car in drive thru ordered a number 2 and a biscuits and gravy my sandwich on the number 2 had gravy on it..(it don't come with gravy) no cheese.. my biscuits and gravy was literally just a dry biscuit n a sausage patty. The so called manager said sorry mamm we were super busy ,they were not busy no one in lobby i was the only car in drive thru if you ask me they're just slackers ...get it together staff
