The drive through person was patient and knowledgeable about their menu. She answered all our questions and was very nice about it! When we got to the window for our food, she took our money..gave us our change and handed us all the drinks with straws. She then handed us 2 bags which had our complete order as well as silverware, napkins and our breadsticks. All the food was hot, good size portions and over all a great experience!

Fantastic customer service. Monica was an absolutely wonderful server. She went above and beyond to make sure our food was perfect. The resturant was super clean and our food was delicious. The parking lot had plenty of open spaces close by. We will definitely me back!!!

Not my favorite fazolis, and to be honest it's the cleanliness. I love the food, the staff, their speed, but I cannot tell you how many times the tables are left uncleaned or the bathrooms are abysmal.

Every time we are here the staff are super friendly, and they always go above and beyond... Regardless of whether we dine in or go through the drive through. The food is really good too, but they have a day where you get a full pizza for a discount - don't miss out on that! The email deals are nice too.

Fazoli's is an Italian fast food place. The food I found was acceptable. A little high priced for what I recieved but not overly so. Wine certainly improved the taste.

We ordered this for our store for Black Friday weekend. Rhemi was absolutely amazing! She went ABOVE and BEYOND!! She kept in communication with me, ensured I got the best deals, and even came on her day off to deliver. She has such great customer service. With Covid, we had to have individual wrapped items. They single packaged all the pastas and delivered. The food was SO good my team LOVED it. I had to order more! Thank you Fazoli's of Pueblo for making our weekend <3
