Applebee's

It took an hour plus to get our food out. The waitress was rude enough my mom who usually orders mixed drinks that she ordered water. I asked for medium rare and they served me this. My mom got this sandwich thing and asked for a side of ranch and they literally threw it on the plate and covered most of the sandwich in ranch. No pride or anything. I asked about the about the appetizer sign since she didn’t offer the drink and she said “oh no we don’t actually do that.” Then gave the table in front of us great service. Waitress name Olivia. Funny all the other waitress and waiters had name tags on but ours.

I eat at Applebee's at least twice a week! I wouldn't keep going back if the food wasn't great! Many of the staff know me that answer the phone's or brings the meal out to the parking lot. It is good to feel special and know that they know who I am. Thank you so much for making me feel good on these occasions. Not to mention that the food was great! Thank you Applebee's.

Xavier who has only worked here for a few days is the only reason why I put 5 stars. He has incredible attention to detail and ability to eagerness for customer service. He goes above and beyond most servers. Even though the food is delicious and I say I love above all experience and of course the new strawberry margaritas.

I just experienced wonderful customer service from a young man at this location. Nicholas (sorry I can't recall his last name) went above and beyond to help me obtain information I needed for their Top Gun promotion. Nicholas, if you read this, it worked and thanks again. Kindness ALWAYS wins and you, young man, are a WINNER!

The service was terrible. The server was more concerned with hanging out at the bar instead of making sure we were satisfied. First they bring out our chicken wonton tacos and didn't bring us no appetizer plates we had to use napkins. My husband ordered the classic cheeseburger with fries. He told the server that he wanted it done with no pink and the burned it. WHO DOES THAT? You can cook a hamburger done with no pink and not burn it and his fries were cold. So the server brings our check and we tell her about the cheeseburger and she was not at all concerned and also we asked for take out boxes and she brings them but doesn't bring us a bag like she did the other customers and to put icing on the cake my husband told her he was not happy with the service and once again she didn't make it any better all she said was "I'm sorry." So unfortunately for her she received no tip. I used to love going into and ordering from Applebee's on Pueblo's Southside but after that horrible service we will not be returning.
