Panera Bread

The Margherita Flatbread Pizza was super yummy. It’s plenty big for two hungry adults. The basil, grape tomatoes and mozzarella will tingle every taste bud in your mouth! A must try. The creamy tomato soup is my all time favorite. This time I also tried the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken this time in my pick 2 deal. Loved the fresh romaine lettuce with a mix of mandarin oranges, fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and crunchy pecans. I’ll totally get it again!

Went through the drive through while on the road to Florida was pretty efficient. I was getting so sick of stopping for fast food and this was a pleasant experience. I really enjoy my Mac n cheese and baguette. Everything came correct in the order and tasted really good. Will definitely need to stop on the way home!

Usually I have a spectacular experience at this location. I'm a frequent visitor to this location. However, the last few mornings have been unacceptable. There used to be a young lady named Danielle that worked here but it seems that after she left (or maybe she's not morning shift anymore) the customer service and hospitality went out the door. This morning I ordered a Chipotle chicken, scrambled egg and avocado wrap and was told I needed to pull to the front door and it would be brought to me. I had to wait 15 minutes before I went inside and still had to wait an additional 5 minutes. This was completely unacceptable and I know every place has rough mornings... but this was terrible. And yo wait that long for my food to just be slapped together poorly. Do better.

Visited this location or ordered from a few times a year before we just moved. They never disappoint. Ordered delivery through their direct service (otherwise you won't have full menu options if you use third party app like doordash, etc) to provide us a healthy meal as we finished last of packing on night before move. Everything was good quality and service was faster than estimated. Only downfall was small items were missing like salad dressing for one salad and the egg on another and one 86 item was put in salad. Nothing we couldn't easily word around. But usually their attention to detail is spot on so it was a bit of a let down there plus you kinda pay for higher cost salad when you get ones with egg. I do highly recommend this location though as this has not been my usual experience and my experience with them is usually above and beyond. In past I've even gone through drive through for just drinks and dog is with me and they don't do pup cups but my dog thinks all drive thru=pup cup so they have even went above and beyond to make my sad pup happy with a smidgen of whipped cream. Something small to make him feel special still. Not many place would.

Delivery service was absolutely atrocious. I ordered 6 items from them at 11:38am. The latest delivery estimate was 12:18pm. I only live slightly over a mile away yet the delivery took over an hour to get here. Along with that, An item was missing from the order. Called Panera up and they told me to PICK it up later. On a DELIVERY order. Absolutely TRASH experience.

My sandwich was delicious, I had a bacon turkey bravo. But the soup texture was stringy which grosses me out. And the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me when I asked for my receipt so I could try to add my visit to my Panera account since she didn't ask if I was a member or anything. The receipt was illegible because the printer ribbon needed to be changed.

I never write bad reviews but every time I have gone to this location it has been a bad experience. Most recently, I ordered a Fuji Apple Salad with chicken (Whole size). I received a half size, no chicken and almost no dressing. There were no other customers ahead of us or behind us so it is not like they gave me another persons order by mistake. When I meekly and politely asked if I could have some chicken in my salad they did not even verbally respond. They took my bowl and tossed some chicken on top and handed it back. Lesson learned. I will not go back to the Prattville location Panera Bread.
