Ellianos

I really like the drinks and the bagel breakfast especially. Its super cheap, yet they manage to put out amazing coffees and provide exceptional service. With a drive thru on either side and the work ethic of everyone inside at all time highs, this shop is working as efficiently as possible to meet your requests, at least that's how I felt. A long line is no issue with them they make every customer feel important no matter how short the interaction managing to serve everyone in a timely manner all the while pushing out coffees and food of the best quality.

I have only been a few times, but that's only because we're new to town. I will definitely be a regular. If Starbucks and Ellianos were side by side, same wait time, same price, I'd choose Ellianos easy. It just tastes better 🤷‍♀️ I've never had to wait more then a song on the radio to place my order. And even with getting a breakfast croissant in addition to an iced latte, I got my items quickly. The sandwich was good, assuming made in house (instead of factory produced frozen) and the espresso taste came through in my drink despite me forgetting to up to a double shot 🤦‍♀️

My fiancé and I love Elliano’s because of their “guilt free” option, which is great because my fiancé has diabetes. The problem is that every time we ask for guilt free for his order, it’s a gamble whether he will get it that way or not. There are always different people working whenever we go and 9 times out of 10 the coffee is not guilt free, even though we specifically ask for it and comment that he is type 1diabetic and can’t have the sugar and regular milk. It has become a problem just trying to get a cup of coffee because we never know if it’s going to spike his blood sugar or not. If employees cannot understand how to make coffee as ordered then they shouldn’t be making coffee for people. The option is great for people with health issues or people who just don’t want the sugar, but you are not guaranteed to get what you order here.

The drinks and food are absolutely delicious, and staff is so friendly! Would give 5 stars but the wait in the drive thru is almost unbearable at times... However that just means a lot of people are loving it as well! Its nice to not have to drive all the way to the other end of town for a good coffee as we had to before ellianos opened!
