Burger King is doing great compared to other big food joints in the market. Their burgers are big and super delicious. This very location of Burger King was nice. Very clean interior, though it wasn’t full with dine in customers yet it was very nice. Staff are friendly and helpful with nice smiles. Drive through was super busy with customers and staff were taking care of their orders. I am pleased with their overall performance. Keep it up 👍

I wish I paid attention to the young lady's name in the drive-thru. She was so polite. She provided a pleasant customer service. My kids enjoyed the food. They used a coupon for the family deal. The food was hot.

My experience was fair . Walked in and a lady was lounging with her bare feet out 🤷🏾♂️. Very few customers in the building. I approached the counter and asked for my number one with onion rings to be fresh . Luckily they were able to fulfill my request . The only complaints about this place is that the fountain drink machine wasn’t turned on .

This place right here need next employee no joke I been waiting on a meal for one for like 20mins it wasn't until I tell them to refund my money that I get my meal so what's the worse part is that they had a attitude towards me when I say refund my money so I can take my business some place else

Good evening I'm currently an area manager for a restaurant years ago I ran Burger King for over 8 years as a general manager I've never seen the service that I get from this Penrose location someone needs to just close that down or just fire all your employees and try to train new ones just my advice been there 3 times every time there's a issue 2 times I wound up getting my money back the 3rd time I threw the d*** sandwich away someone needs to do something about this store and your management staff thank you I also tried calling the store and spoke to a manager which put me on hold for another manager which never answered the phone after that I kept getting a fax machine because they knew it was me complaining SMH

Years ago, I'd have never rated this 5 stars, but this burger king has had a major glow-up. The place is clean, the staff are nice, and the food is quick. Better than most of the plaza
