Ruby Tuesday

The waiters all look crazy, and dressed sloppy, the salad bar was often picked at by kids, when they replaced the salad they simply placed the old and filled with germs salad on top of the new salad. Plus there was salad all over the floor. We waited 20 minutes and the waiter returned to ask for our order again I guess he forgot about us. The bathroom was dirty. Also my coffee was cold but I didn't even ask for a new one because I probably would have waited another 10 minutes. Now I've been waiting 20 minutes just to receive my check

This was my first time ever eating at a ruby Tuesday and my experience was horrible. The hostess was rude from the start. It took twenty mins for me n my wife's drinks to be served, and when we approached the general manager him himself was rude also and didn't care at all. The waiter was horrible really slow bad service. It took twenty mins to take our order, half hour for our food to be served, and twenty mins for my wife's dessert to arrive. Not only did we have to ask for a box three times, the waiter took the money and check and didn't give our change or receipt. The experience at this specific ruby Tuesday is the worse experience ever and don't plan on ever going back their. Very dirty place, ghetto waiters and terrible general manager. They honestly don't deserve one star. Normally leave a tip but didn't leave a penny. He took our change anyway guess he knew he wasn't getting a tip so he took it upon himself to keep the change.

I am currently seated inside this restaurant with the bestie and I regret walking in this direction. So we were seated as soon as we walked in. Once we were seated it went downhill from there... So we ordered our drinks and our waitress came back to tell me that they were out of the daiquiri mix. Ok fine whatever she then suggested another drink so I agreed to try it. After about 5 min she returned to tell me that the drink only came with alcohol and the bartender refused to make a non-alcoholic version. Next issue was that we waited for around 30 min for our appetizers because while one was up and ready to be served and the other still was yet to be made. So we finally received our appetizers and mine were warm because of the wait while my friends quesadillas which were burned. Ok so now since the appetizers took so long, our entrees came soon after. Neither of our steaks were cooked how we requested which was medium well, they were both well done. Our steamed broccoli was mushy and our mashed potatoes were not only discolored but they had a skin over them sort of how you get that skin on real hot chocolate. The food was nasty...our waitress was way better.

If want to hear what's happening for your favorite game, do not go to Dave and Busters. I went to Ruby Tuesday's instead and they were more than happy to put the sound on for today's Temple at Penn State game... pet peeve is places calling themselves a sports bar and never putting the sound on .... Ruby Tuesday's isn't even really a sports bar, but if you want to hear what the announcers are saying and what is going on, go there and not Dave and Busters, who will not put the sound on.

For one my card number recently got stolen, guess what guys, i dont live in philly, i went there this week monday, in philly, guess what else that was the only place i gave my card to without seeing them swipe it, and funny wed it was used at knights road... hmmmm. Considering where i live, and it happened over 40 miles away, two days after i went there, wow lucky that waitress or whoever there did it only took twenty, oh why so a police report wouldnt get filed. I know it was them, like i said where it happened only ppl my card has been handed too, i live over 40 miles away i dont shop in philly. Only place i eat in philly is there but not anymore. Not after this who the hell else are they doing this too. It was easy to narrow it down, i dont use atms at all ever!and i didnt go nowhere else. Smfh ill never eat here again id advise u not too either, one time the waitor was definitly high, pretty sure he got fired but they are horrible i just love the food but screw it ill travel elsewhere., i got a family and bills no way am i risking that again
