The cheeseburger I got was amazing! It was definitely the best fast food I've ever had In my life. I love the way they built the burger and their colors. The only bad part was the wait. It took forever in the drive thru to get our burger. They also had the burger ready when we got up their but held it for about 5 minutes looking for 83 cents in change. But the burger was definitely worth the wait. You guys also have a ton of variety and a ton of flavor! You employees were nice and vibrant. Keep doing you!

Charged me double and one more than I asked for. Ordered onion rings instead of fries they didn't bring onion rings they brought fries.
Coming to the door I almost slipped and saw coffee on the floor told a guy at register. I went to fill my cup with soda. Guy was talking to drive through person drinking his drink so I started to walk out I got a tray and put it on top so people could see it and not fall. I don't live in this area but I was very frustrated

Ordered in counter, didn't get greeted, Mgr. She was busy talking it up with another employee, when she saw me didn't address me instead asked whi was taking orders, the girl was in the back, If a Mgr. doesn't lead by example then the crew will not as well.. She needs to be retrained

Whataburger offers a good experience and tasty food. We had breakfast at this location and everything was made to order.

Gave me the wrong order. I tried calling the restaurant before going back. Went back. Was told my order had been made fresh three minutes before I walked in and was handed a bag from 30 minutes before. I inquired about the locations number and was denied that information by the manager before being told off by them.
"How would you like it if I came to your job and did this to you?"
