Mcdonald's

this is a vanilla latte.... more like food poisoning . when I went to tell them about it, they quickly interrupted me and tried to quickly explain about their machine not working, sort of rushing me out. That's not okay. The lady just wanted to give me a refund and leave. ... It would have been nice to also get my receipt the first time but the girl doing drive thru never gave us a receipt and left after the transaction. I get it , you guys are probably short on staff but that's very unprofessional to walk away and not give a receipt or even ask if we wanted a receipt ... double check your food and drinks

Went to 7-Eleven across the street for black iced coffee, and they were out, asked the worker where is the next 7-Eleven so I can get iced coffee at the same time I looked up and I saw McDonald's across the street and I told the guy never mind you lost it today sir McDonald's wins. We both laughed about it and I went to McDonald's and I got the one of the best black iced coffees I have had in a longest time I was so satisfied thank you McDonald

I basically get what I expect here, but I wish that McD's would join the many other burger chains that offer Impossible or Beyond veggie burgers. Also a message for this location: replace the ink cartridges on your drive-through receipt printer or replace the printer. If I only once got an illegible receipt, then fine, but it happens a lot.

I don't understand why they can't get my fries right when I keep telling them extra crispy. Well done they call it, I say well done and i say but I want them extra crispy like almost burnt so they get the point----after waiting a few minutes like in any other McDonald's, then my flimsy old soft fries come out not like all McDonald's.
