Subway

It’s a usual practice to put as little veggies as possible. Even if you tell them to add more, they only try to add more but as little as possible. I have to buy from here because of location and convenience. But saving cost on veggies seems quite unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. In the western world (especially US), never saw subway acting stingy on adding veggies. Here in Sydney, almost all subway outlets try saving cost by adding as little veggies as possible - and this outlet seems to take it notch further. Go here if you don’t have a choice to go anywhere else.

I come here for my work lunch break and wow the line gets very long and busy during office hours, not a surprise because it is located in Parramatta CBD, right in the centre of all offices. The customer service lacks here a little bit as they're trying to get through to everyone. I understand that it gets very busy but it's just as important when attending to every customer. They are also tightasses with their portions, when I asked for some spinach on my sandwich, the lady only put 2 leafs. What is that? So many times I've had to ask them to put some more. Food is good and fresh but they still need to fix their customer service.

I have been to this place second time, I didn’t like the way service provider wrap the subway. One staff was co-operative ( seems like new to subway) the other one sort of pissed off working on Friday may be.. I politely asked her if I can have some more salad because she just put two to three cuts of capsicum in my footlong and then little more sauces.. the way she put salad and sauces was rude...not very happy..
