Since the staff has changed recently, my customer experience has been disappointing. Within the last handful of visits I’ve been handed the wrong order twice in one day, waited an unnecessary amount of time for them to find my order on their list only to find that it was completed but never put out on the pick up shelf, waiting for the staff to finish their conversations before handing me my food and today, finding a disgusting hair two bites into my sandwich. Never going to this location again.

Was just there 9:30 on may 7th 2022 and dealt with MERNA if that is her real name. Scum of the earth tried to tell me I had to pay additional 35 cent fee for extra pumps of cream, sugar, and creamer.. so an additional 2 dollars she wanted to tack onto my already 3 dollar drink.. mind you I have gone here before and ordered and never had an issue, but tonight MERNA, was gonna charge me additional fees to put sugar and creamer in my medium iced coffee, I’ve been a Dunkin customer for more than 10 years never had my drink made any other way and never have I been charged an additional fee for creamer and sugar. MERNA also couldn’t offer a good enough explanation as to why every other time I wasn’t charged extra but tonight I was.. THE WHOLE THING WAS A SHAM.

New management, staff is not efficient and not at all helpful. Poor customer service.
I came in this evening, first I’m by the register and was not acknowledged until she was done counting her money she looked up not even a hello. Told her I need some ice cream asked which one, there was no label to let me know the flavor of the ice cream so she told me to wait until she took care of someone else. Afterwards, she saw there is no label and she said she is not sure she thought it was coconut. I told her I will go with another ice cream asked for a quart where she proceeded to tell me there are no lids for the container. So I asked her what Can be done she told me “as I said already there are no lids” only for the smallest cup and she said they barely had any lids. After going back and forth I told her it’s fine I don’t want anything and walked out where she just shrugged her shoulders.
I work in the service industry and this is no way to treat your customers. If there are no lids let’s find a solution not just let the customer walk out. Very disappointing. The staff needs better training. There was someone else there not sure if it was a supervisor but all she did was give looks and walked away. Definitely not returning

Everytime I stop by it seems the online order customers are a much higher priority than the in store customers. It takes forever to order. I understand they are short on people but...

New employee takes too long. Service is beyond horrible. This store used to be great.

I like this location. The service and food are good. The one employee I have seen there is nice and helpful. I would only suggest that they get another employee or adjust the schedule if they have more staff. If you go there when it's busy, you usually end up waiting because the one employee is covering both the ice cream and coffee counter.

Under new management. Significantly less efficient staff and in the past week every order has been messed up. Hopefully will get better with time. Until then I need to find a new Dunkin for my morning coffee.
