fast food??? absolutely not. i only ordered a few things and it took at least 15 minutes for my food to come out and it was even crowded. there was 3 people working, 2 were taking orders and only one cooking. and on top of that the two people in the front who were handling my food HAD NO GLOVES ON. it made me sick to my stomach to see that my french fries were being touched by someone with no gloves on. other people who had ordered after me were getting there food at least 5 min before me. if you’re looking for fast food i definitely do not recommend going to this burger king and maybe going to chick fil a instead.

Food is on par like other Burger Kings. But this place was very slow. I ordered a LG chicken fries from a coupon and took over 5 mins. I was the only one on line when this happened. Better off at a drive thru. Little expensive since its in a mall.

Hi how are you all? I don't want to waste your time so this is my experience! The food was of great quality, but the manager has a nasty attitude. I was told by her that there were refills, and when I went she said quoting, "No refills," so she yelled at one of her employee that it was his fault. I felt bad that she yelled at him, but please if you are going to work with people have a serving heart. I know everyone has their days, but still it was just so rude. This is not the first time! The food is constantly fresh and delicious, staff members hands over excellent customer service. I loved how neat it is and mood. I highly recommend this place.

Being a mall version of the main store, they're missing some of the menu items that you'd find at a stand alone location. Workers are friendly and the food comes out quickly.
