Marquee Suites

This was our first time going here and possibly our last. Lovely, clean , appealing atmosphere with great seating. We had very comfortable reclining seats with a comfortable space between us and those seated nearby. However, it was extremely hot in the theater, we were drenched in sweat which had a negative affect on our overall experience and impacted our ability to truly enjoy the movie. We also ordered food to be delivered, which was never delivered. We checked on the order mid movie, but still never got it. We did get a refund, but with the intense heat coupled with not getting our order, is why I feel that 2 stars is being generous for such an expensive night out.

Wasn't super pleased with the customer service I received. We spent over $60 on just 2 drinks and popcorn along with our tickets. When we paid we were told our tickets were $10 when I got my receipt I was actually charged almost $16 a ticket. Only reason we stayed was because wife was excited about the movie and didn't want to disappoint her.. kinda sad about the experience we usually love going to b&b.

The movie itself was fantastic, the reclining seats would have been perfect had I not been stuck to them after sweating through the whole movie. The AC must have been broken because it was at least 85 degrees in the theater. Multiple people ask why the room was so hot, but we were all told there was nothing that could be done. No toilet paper in multiple bathroom stalls, Soap dispensers were all empty, and the bathrooms were filthy. I had not been to a movie theater in years, but if this is the condition they are all in, I won’t rush out to go again.

Went to see Top Gun Maverick and Downton Abby New Era there in the last few weeks. Liked the service, the theatre presented the film well, good sound, good air quality, and best of all....no crying or whining kids, do the Marquee side! Its worth the extra cash. And the seats have cool controls so you can extend and retract your recliner like 70 times a movie. BIG FUN!

First time going to this theater, would never go back. You walk in and nobody acts like they're working there and could careless. We, like so many others apparently, spent extra money so we'd have reclining seats, but the air conditioner wasn't working apparently or they just didn't care, It was stupid hot in there. My husband asked them 3 times to turn it up because it was so hot in there, they turned it up a tiny bit. The volume also wasn't very good in the pay extra theater. Left the area that's for 21 and older and super cold from the air conditioner, that was apparently working out there, would never pay extra again. They should've refunded our tickets.

We watched Sonic 2 here last night, I was impressed with how clean everything was. All the employees were very nice and helpful as well! I'm visiting from Houston, TX and I've worked in a few movie theaters like movie tavern and cinemark... I would definitely love to go to any B&B theater I come across again bc it has the old school feel without coming across as old and decrepit. It's a very nice theater! I love that it wasn't over crowded and the Grand screen is cool!
