Kfc

Oookay. So, I am not actually a fan of 1 stars, I try to give 2s when I can. But, the experiences here have ALL been bad. Doesn't matter if drive through, carry out or dine in. This time, we split our ordering. I ordered my kids food from the taco bell app (they wanted something that's app-only) and my husband and I ordered kfc from the register. I ordered on the app first while my husband was waiting in line. 5 minutes after both orders were complete, the app showed the food was being prepared so my daughter went up to get their drink cups while we waited. The girl working the register told her it takes "a while" to get the order and she can't give it to them. She comes back to get my phone so she can show them what drinks were ordered--the girl goes and gets another worker and says to her (while standing right in front of us) "I already tooooold her that it takes 15 minutes before we start the order from the app." So then my husband got involved--a different lady snapped at him and said the taco bell app was not "our app and it doesn't work at this store." She then proceeded to complain about us, LOUDLY, as she was walking back. She then said she could see our order and would go get our cups but then didn't come back. This very kind gentleman that works there got their cups for us. Then, the orders were WAY wrong. The Mexican pizzas had zero sauce on them. Everything we ordered to be held from the food was on the food (one no tomato chalupa has SO MANY tomatoes on it the paper wouldn't wrap around it). We scraped everything off except my youngest no-lettuce potato taco; we took it back up and asked for one with no lettuce and they brought us a beef taco no lettuce. So when we asked for a potato taco no lettuce we got attitude but they did fix it. Just, avoid this one. Go on to clarksville, or alma, or anywhere else.

While the food was decent, the staff and customer service was subpar at best. The issues with the customer service were... They failed to include any eating utensils. Seems aa though that would be included with your meal. If for some reason its not, then they should ask if you need them. Also when i ordered a box meal that included two sides. I asked for mashed potatoes a gravy. And the the second side just a side of gravy only. To me it Seems like that wouldn’t be a problem. I was told that they couldn’t do that. I could get a second mashed potatoes and gravy. But not a gravy only. Their system did not have way to ring that up. So it just wasn’t possible. If i wanted a gravy only then I would have to order that separate. Doesn’t seem too hard to just ring it up same as he did with two mashed potatoes and gravy and then just tell the person filling the order to make one of them gravy only. But it was beyond this guys ability or understanding to make that happen. Then they failed to mark the drinks so that we didn’t have to take the pepsi challenge to determine which drink was Dr Pepper. Get it together KFC, it’s not rocket science or brain surgery. Put forth a little bit of effort and maybe a little pride in doing a good job and step it up. 2 stars for the food, zero stars for the customer service.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I ordered Breast&Wing Combo and a 3 Wing Combo. When I opened up the boxes what I got was 2 Breast Fill ups. At first I thought I had picked up an order that was for someone else but both orders had the correct sides for my order. Someone needs corrective lenses so they can read the order monitor correctly

This place is disgusting! I almost said something to my boyfriend about picking a dirty table, but ALL of the tables were nasty. There was food all over the floor and tables. The bathroom was nasty and had NO HAND SOAP. And to top it off, I have never tasted KFC like that! I couldn't even eat my chicken because it was so bad. We will not be returning.
