Nancy From the onalaska was awesome! Super nice and made sure we had everything we needed! She was the only person up front and was super busy running food around but was still stellar!

I eat here very rarely. It was so good. My son and I had the Loaded Alfredo. My mom had the Triple Meat Lasagna and loved it.

Received a delivery from Fazoli's. The meal of a spaghetti bake was soso... too much sauce and too overdone. I ordered breadsticks...they were "super stale, and hard vs soft breadsticks that I have had in the past. I called and just wanted to mention the stale breadstix I received... the manager was rude and defensive. Will not return.

This place is amazing! First off, the manager Stephanie R, was an absolute delight! She always made sure we had what we needed and checking to see if we wanted more bread sticks, which by the way are phenomenal, or anything else we would want! Their menu may look a little pricy, however you recieve more than enough food! I dare any of you try to finish it in one sitting! lol 😊The atmosphere was fun and colorful and the place and very friendly environment! We live 1.5 hrs away but even still I will be coming back here again! 💜💚💙

We decided to "dine in" and we're so happy we did. The food was fresh and very good. The bonus was our amazing server, Nancy. The best customer service I have received in a very long time. Undoubtedly!! She is a great face for Fazolis and represents the best service I have been given in a long time. She is exemplary!!

I had absolutely amazing, incredible service here. Nancy was so nice to us and even gave me and my mother hugs, she was just so amazing! Susan as well gave us great service. Tipped them both, give these ladies a raise! The food was outstanding as well! Thank you, Fazolis!
