usually not one to post a bad review for this but I do work in the food service aswell so I’m just putting it there because I know how it’s like. Went on 6/28 and we ordered a kids meal and butter burger meal. Fries were not done at all. Couldn’t even bite them. Cheesecurds too. Super cold. And my tenders seem like they were sitting for atleast 10 minutes. They were soggy. I asked for three ranch and never got them, tried to call the store but nobody would answer so I went and it was 955 to get the ranch and they were locked up. Again I’m not one to usually complain but I do work in the food service industry and know how a customer should be treated. Definitely make the trip to the south side for their culvers. They never miss a beat and always have your food fresh. Onalaska usually is better than this.

Everything was amazing, all were friendly, and all during peak business!! I was so impressed I rewarded the Management a "Tango Yankee" coin , a TY coin standing for "Thank You" to show my true meaningful feelings for services above and beyond! See photo. This crew worked together and made the wait time as minimal as possible!! Looking forward to dining there again!! Congratulations to you all!!
