During a conference, our group of 14 and another group of 8 went there for lunch. There were only 2 or 3 employees working as they'd had some issues with staffing for the day. Right away we were told they'd be doing take out containers only but we could sit inside if we wanted. Not only were these employees working their butts off, they maintained a smile and great attitude the whole time. Their service was impeccable and they never made us feel like we were a burden. These folks got hit hard at a difficult time, and kept a smile on their faces while they delivered the same goodness expected any other day. Way to go! You all were awesome! Thank you for such a great experience!

Pretty good selection of pies. I bought a Apple dumpling it was ok but I think the crust could have been a little thinner.

My sister was disappointed that the diet Pepsi was out of order. The food was fantastic. I had the caramel pecan roll and the GT Chicken salad on a croissant. Both were excellent.

We love their pot pie and fruit pies. Haven't had any problems ordering or getting what we asked for so far. I used to be a baker so I cooould nitpick on their bottom crust but honestly, where else can you get a pie as good as theirs on short notice and without having to do it yourself? The pot pie, eaten as fresh as possible, is still the best though.

I got to the store at 10:30 a.m. (they open at 10), and I asked for a Lakeshore Berry pie. They had just sold their last one. Really? How many did they make? Anyway, the ABC pie was also good.
Staff was cordial.

It was slow in the restaurant when I stopped. My strawberry rhubarb pie was great, as was my coffee. The staff that waited on me was trying hard, but appeared to be having a bad day... Was fine dealing with her, just not as friendly as in past stops at this same place.
