Can't go wrong with pizza hut. Not a fan of domino's or papa John's, so it's not a hard decision to make

Thanks for the slapped together cold pizza we got an hour and a half AFTER guaranteed delivery time. Next time, have the courtesy to call in advance if you foresee an issue with delivering someone’s pizza on time, yes?!! I guess we should’ve learned the last two times the order wasn’t right. But this time definitely takes the cake.

So not only do they not provide extra cheese when you pay for it but they STRAIGHT UP STEAL MONEY FROM YOU! when ordering we had added cinnamon rolls to the order with the 5 dollar deal. When the delivery driver got to the door they told us that they had been taken off the order but still charged us for the same price. When we called to complain they told us there was nothing we could do and pretty much kept the extra as a tip when we had already tipped. Scam artist, terrible employees, dishonest business practices, please please please just order from West county road where they actually care about customers. Better yet just order from the dominos directly across the street seeing as over years and years we've never had a problem with them. Linda str pizza Hut is were customer service goes to die. Despicable

Won't be back even though they gave me a $40.00 credit first of all 20 mins late pizza was cool and absorbed moisture apple pies were inedible one looked as if someone ate on it the rest were mutilated the only thing that was decent was the garlic knots

Poor customer service lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Completely forgot everything I said, had to repeat myself about 5 times for everything 😡
