Pizza Hut

Thanks for the slapped together cold pizza we got an hour and a half AFTER guaranteed delivery time. Next time, have the courtesy to call in advance if you foresee an issue with delivering someone’s pizza on time, yes?!! I guess we should’ve learned the last two times the order wasn’t right. But this time definitely takes the cake.

So not only do they not provide extra cheese when you pay for it but they STRAIGHT UP STEAL MONEY FROM YOU! when ordering we had added cinnamon rolls to the order with the 5 dollar deal. When the delivery driver got to the door they told us that they had been taken off the order but still charged us for the same price. When we called to complain they told us there was nothing we could do and pretty much kept the extra as a tip when we had already tipped. Scam artist, terrible employees, dishonest business practices, please please please just order from West county road where they actually care about customers. Better yet just order from the dominos directly across the street seeing as over years and years we've never had a problem with them. Linda str pizza Hut is were customer service goes to die.
