Dunkin'

In general, Dunkin is fine. And I'm not the type to typically complain. But I have lived in Brighton for 5 years, and I have never had a good experience here. The staff is rude, the coffee tastes sour, the lines are so long. Today, I was waiting 6 minutes behind someone because she was chatting with the cashier. 5 years. I used to come to this location semi regularly until I stopped after my second year. The past 3 years I would come in once a month, and I have been disappointed every time. The staff needs to learn basic manners & customer service. I don't ask for much. I just want coffee that doesn't taste sour, and to actually be helped instead of watching the employees chat it up with their friends who visit.

I have tried and tested this location too many times, and ALWAYS get disappointed!! Why does the coffee here taste awful, even with extra flavor in it? Is this really a “Dunkin Donuts”?? And the staff is so unfriendly: I walk in and greet, and they just stare, regardless of whom is at the register! I hope their management read all these reviews, as most are not positive. Thank you
